My items are shipped from Italy.
Shipping
This doesn't include tracking or insurance but if you prefer you can convo me before purchasing and ask for registered mail or express courier so that I can arrange a different shipping and revise the shipping cost.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
My shop is not responsible for missed items, nevertheless do let me know and I will help you gladly providing you all the info I have for you be able of doing a claim through your local post office.

I will do my best to pack your purchase with the best protection, but unfortunately during the travel it is out of my hands.. (sometimes the customs agents open the boxes and close them again without my initial plastic and paper protection) In these cases: fingers crossed and patience....please, keep me posted and we will try to find a solution together.
Shipping to America and Japan generally takes around 10-20 days or more.
To Europe like 7-15 days.
